Halloween Day
Our Costumes
On Halloween Day most of the children and teachers came to school dressed up in Halloween costumes. There were all sorts of wizards, pumpkins, cats and princesses. They all looked lovely.
Our playground was full of Halloween creatures.
Halloween Vocabulary
This week we learned some Halloween related vocabulary colouring in a little booklet from enchanted learning.com. (See the link below) We started with the black cats...
Then we moved on to pumpkins, ghosts, skeletons, etc. The children were not scared at all!

Halloween Witches
We made Halloween witches out of paper. They looked funny and not scary at all.
Trick-o-treat!
Children made their own trick-o-treat bags and waited to fill them with candies.
Knock-knock! Trick-o-treat!!! What has Ms. Tessa prepared for the children?
Candies at last!
Yes, Ms.Tessa had lots of candies for the children. Also BIG thank you to Hye Kyo's and Jenny's mums for sending in so many treats to share. They were thoroughly enjoyed by the children!
Bonfire night
Some of the Nursery children and their parents joined the rest of the school for the Bonfire Night. There was real fire outside, lots of treats and fireworks at the end!
