Painting with marbling ink, Week 12
Painting with marbling ink is easy and fun. All you need is ink, paper and a tray with water. Just add few drops of different colour ink into a tray with water and gently stir to mix them up. Place a piece of stiff white paper on top and take it out immediately. Ta-da-da! You will see the most exciting twirls of colour on your paper. Let it dry and either display it or use for the future art and craft projects. Repeat with the next sheet of paper until the colour runs out.
Children couldn't wait to have a go!
What I like about this art project is the element of surprise, when you take the paper out from the tray with water. You never know for sure what kind of pattern will be printed on paper. Also not even two pieces of art with marbling ink are the same!
